  • Guest：Great hotel! Me and my daughter stayed here for one night. We wanted somewhere close to the theatre which this was. Room was small - but I expected that . But it was clean, cosy and comfortable. The staff were great, really helpful and friendly. They also saved our luggage for us once we checked out free of charge. I was really impressed with this hotel.

Have taken membership and advised need to do this with each Z Hotel. Mentioned it was an Anniversary stay and complimentary, wine and cheese were offered, though no membership at this stage. Room a little small but that's the nature of the stay, I understand. Spotless rooms. Thank you Team Z City; Alex, Lucia, Jean, Roger, Sam. et al. All brilliant will stay again and use other Z Hotels. Staff a credit to the company.
